Vivek is a seasoned executive with over thirty years of leadership experience across Indian industry. He is the co-author of Headstart: Unlock The Secrets To Career Success.

Neera is co-founder and partner, Dasra, a leading non-profit systems orchestrator that drives collaborative action for social change in India.

Hiten is executive director, Khaitan & Co, specialising in transaction tax, corporate restructuring, and private client practice.

Supriya is a former journalist and editor. She is part of the Foundation’s communications team, as well as the Godrej DEI Lab.

Rajeev is a researcher-writer interested in queer experiences, the feminist ethics of care, and masculinities. They are a part of the Foundation’s fellowship team as well as the Godrej DEI Lab’s research and media team.

Omar is a problem-solver and former member of the leadership team at Godrej Consumer Products Limited.

Aarefa is an award-winning journalist and feminist activist. She is co-founder of the non-profit Sahiyo, and an amateur violinist.
